The first wheelchair basketball game between Lazio and HAŠK was played
The Lazio team arrived in Zagreb and played the first match of the planned exchange with the HAŠK Mladost team. The second leg will take place in Rome in mid-November 2023.
The match between Lazio and HAŠK Mladost took place in the premises of Basketball Club Cedevita, Zagreb Fair (Zagrebački Velesajam), Avenija Dubrovnik 15, Zagreb on Friday, 15 September 2023 12:00-14:00.
Each team had 8 players, in HAŠK team 2 girls participated and 3 boys who sat in the wheelchairs for the first time.
It is planned that half of the participants in the project will be girls, and with the inclusion in the team of those who encounter parabasketball for the first time, we want to raise awareness of the importance and need for integration.
The FEEL Erasmus+ sports project brings members of Lazio and HAŠK Mladost together and promotes the importance of playing sports.
