The students at Ivan Meštrović had an APPLE healthy lifestyles presentation. Rowing was the sport used to promote healthy lifestyle at the primary school Ivan Meštrović. The students of the upper classes had a chance to try rowing on the machines. This was a chance for them to see if that might be the right sport for them to continue with healthy lifestyles and improve their overall well being.

The promotion of healthy lifestyles continues in Zagreb. Two primary schools had the pleasure of hosting the field hockey club Mladost presentations. Healthy lifestyle was presented in primary schools Alojzije Stepinac and Matija Gubec to all interested children. The basics of hockey were shown to the kids and the benefits of doing sport were presented, with a special concentration on how sport helps in development and socializing and making friends.

HAŠK Mladost started the school events in the primary school Prečko. The coaches from the field hockey club that followed the seminars presented their sport but also talked to the kids about leading a healthy lifestyle. The kids enjoyed trying out a new sport and discovering their talent. There is an initiative by the coaches and the headmaster of the school to add hockey to the extracurricular program after school lessons.

APPLE project was presented at the Croatian European week of sport. The team of HAŠK Mladost used the Croatian EWOS in Zagreb to present te APPLE project. Doing sport is a big part of leading a healthy lifestyle so the members of HAŠK used this event to present their sports to the general public, an interest as many people as possible to start being active. The sports presented were rowing, fencing, water polo, shooting, tennis, rugby and field hockey.

The webinar for the APPLE project was held, where the topic of Physical Well Being for young athletes in their teenage years was discussed, jointly presented by sports doctor Dott. Marta Rizzo and dietician Dott. Cleonice Renzetti. The Physical Well Being seminar was jointly presented by sports doctor Dott. Marta Rizzo and registered dietitian Dott. The second webinar for the APPLE project was held, where the topic of Mental well-being for young athletes in their adolescent years was discussed, presented by Dan and Laura Pippin. The Mental Well Being seminar was presented by Dan Pippin who is a coach of the Lazio Club of American football and psychologist Laura Pippin. A catch-up meeting was organised with the project coordinators and the selected coaches. Progress update meeting with project managers and Partner club representatives to discuss progress on webinars content and to discuss dates for webinars. A meeting was held on 14 January 2021 with the Project Managers and Partner club representatives to discuss the webinar content and dates. Webinar content has to be translated by each club into their respective languages. Dates for webinars to be determined based on coaches availability – to take place in February/March 2021.

In the premises of the EPSI House of Sport in Brussels, Erasmus+ APPLE kick-off meeting took place, making our Erasmus+ Multisport project officially start. Representatives from Lazio Atletica Leggera (Italy), AaB (Denmark), SD Crvena Zvezda (Serbia), Feyenoord Rotterdam (The Netherlands), Olympiacos SFP (Greece), HASK Mladost (Croatia), Levski Sport for All (Bulgaria) and Polisportiva Pontevecchio Bologna (Italy) met at the European Platform for Sport Innovation (Belgium) House Of Sport in Brussels, talking about APPLE milestones and actions to be taken in the
