At the end of 2023, in collaboration with FITEQ Education, an online workshop for coaches was organized. A FITEQ representative, specialized in working with coaches, led the workshop, sharing video materials and answering participants’ questions. Written materials and learning tips about Teqball were also provided.

The workshop had 25 participants and was recorded for future reference. This initiative is part of the broader EU Teq Games project aimed at increasing knowledge about Teqball from a transnational perspective. Coaches from partner sports clubs are learning the rules of the game and will be certified according to FITEQ standards (International Federation of Teqball).

This workshop represents a significant step forward in coach education, enabling them to gain a deeper understanding of Teqball and its rules. Through video materials, written guides, and interactive sessions with the FITEQ expert, participants received comprehensive training. The recording of the workshop ensures that the materials can be reused for future training, providing lasting value to the project.

The goal of this initiative is not only to train coaches but also to ensure standardized and high-quality Teqball instruction across all partner clubs. Certification of coaches according to FITEQ standards ensures that all coaches will have consistent and high-quality knowledge, which is crucial for the further development and popularization of Teqball.
