HAŠK Mladost at the Erasmus+ Sport Info Day in Brussels

Representatives of HAŠK Mladost took part in the Erasmus+ Sport Info Day in Brussels, an event organised by the European Commission and the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency – EACEA. The Info Day focused on presenting the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ Sport programme in the coming period, with a particular emphasis on funding opportunities for 2026.

The event took place on 11 December 2025, held live in Brussels with the option to follow the programme via live stream. It brought together a large number of representatives from sports organisations across Europe who were looking to gain clearer and more practical insights into the rules, priorities and expectations related to Erasmus+ Sport projects.

Key topics and messages

The programme was informative and strongly practice-oriented, addressing the real needs of organisations already involved in, or planning to apply for, Erasmus+ Sport projects. The main topics included:

  • EU sport policy context – the direction of European sport policies, with a focus on inclusion, sustainability, volunteering and the social impact of sport
  • Funding rules and priorities – an overview of available actions, eligible activities and expected results for the 2025/2026 period
  • Tips for project proposal writing – practical guidance on how to structure a strong project proposal and avoid common mistakes
  • Networking and exchange of experience – opportunities for direct interaction with representatives of European institutions and other sports organisations
  • The future of sport in the EU – discussions on strengthening the social role of sport, cross-sector cooperation and the long-term impact of projects

Why is this important for HAŠK Mladost?

Participation in the Erasmus+ Sport Info Day further strengthened HAŠK Mladost’s capacity to work on European projects and provided valuable insight into how to prepare high-quality and competitive project proposals aligned with current programme priorities. The knowledge gained, along with new contacts, will support the further development of initiatives that connect sport, education and social responsibility at the European level.
