As part of the next phase of the STAY project, all partner organisations have now completed their focus groups to collect good practices that help prevent youth dropout from sport.

These sessions, led by Local Working Groups (LWG), brought together coaches, volunteers, staff, and young athletes to exchange ideas, strategies, and real experiences that make a difference on the ground.

The upcoming Good Practices Report will include:
• Practical solutions from real sport environments
• Insights into what works across different contexts
• Adaptable ideas for other organisations to use

This collection will feed directly into the Good Practices & Recommendations deliverable and enrich the content of the STAY e-learning platform.
