DiaPS Project Presented at the HAŠK Mladost Annual General Assembly
During the HAŠK Mladost Annual General Assembly, held on 19 May 2026, the DiaPS – Diabetes Peer Supportproject was presented to representatives of the Club’s member organisations. DiaPS is an international Erasmus+ project dedicated to improving the quality of life of people living with diabetes through digital peer support.
The presentation introduced participants to the project’s objectives, key achievements and the digital tools developed throughout its implementation. Special attention was given to the DiaPS online platform and mobile application, which enable people living with diabetes to connect with peers, access reliable information, share experiences and receive support within a safe online community.
The session provided an excellent opportunity to familiarise HAŠK Mladost member clubs with the project’s outcomes while highlighting the important role that sports organisations can play in promoting health, well-being and social inclusion through international cooperation.
As the project coordinator, HAŠK Mladost remains committed to promoting the DiaPS results and encouraging the use of its digital tools among people living with diabetes, healthcare professionals and the wider sports community.
