On Sunday, 15 March 2026, we gathered in Barcelona with our partners on the DiaPS – Diabetes Digital Peer Support project to review the current progress and define the final steps in the development of the application.

Representing HAŠK Mladost, we met with partners International Diabetes Federation (IDF) and Area Q, focusing on the final refinements of the app – from functional adjustments to small but crucial details that will ensure a smooth and user-friendly experience ahead of the launch.

In addition to the technical aspects, part of the meeting was dedicated to communication planning. We discussed social media approach, key messaging, and ways to bring the platform closer to its target community, while encouraging user engagement from the very beginning.

After the working session, we continued the day in a more relaxed atmosphere, taking a short break and enjoying informal time together – a well-deserved pause before entering the final phase of the project.

As we move towards completion, our focus remains on final preparations for the app launch and on building a strong, supportive community around the DiaPS platform.
